We're proud to be supporting the Nottinghamshire Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme which is open to children aged 5-16 who live in Nottinghamshire and receive benefits-related free school meals.
This exciting free programme is available for children with and without Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and aims to help children to stay active and happy during the school holidays.
Delivered over 4 days, across 3 weeks, you can book your child onto as few or as many days as you choose, subject to availability. Breakfast and lunch is provided on all the days your child attends.
Our Woodland Adventure Zone team have created an adventure-filled activities programme which will include:
Soft archery
Bouldering
Bush Craft
Camp Fire
Arts and Crafts
Nutrition
Horticulture

All places are on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion of the below Booking Form does not guarantee your place. On receipt of your Booking Form submission, our Woodland Adventure Zone team will contact you to confirm availability and finalise your booking. Before attending, you must have a confirmation email from our Woodland Adventure Zone team. We cannot support children who attend without this.
This programme is open to eligible children only. You must have a HAF number and must be in receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals.
Your child / children must be aged between 5-16 on the days that they attend and live in Nottinghamshire.
Children must wear suitable clothing and shoes for outdoor activities.
In hot weather, please ensure your child has adequate sun protection. In cold or wet weather, please ensure your child has adequate clothing.
If you have booked a place and can no longer attend, we ask you to give us a week's notice wherever possible so the place can be offered to another child.
Failure to turn up on 2 occasions could result in your place being given to someone else.
The Woodland Adventure Zone team reserve the right to terminate places if deemed appropriate due to behaviour, attendance or conduct. In this case, parents/carers will be notified and requested to collect their child immediately.
Parents must sign and return Activity Consent Forms which will be issued with the confirmation of your booking. Children without signed consent forms will not be able to participate in the activities.
